Local Choir records new song

Ipswich Community Gospel Choir’s new song “I’ll be There”, produced in support of the EACH Tree House Appeal, was recorded last month at Wendy House Studios and Christ Church in Felixstowe.

Nathan Simmonds, ICGC Director, said: "This was a great opportunity for us as a community choir to do something active for the community, we hope the recording will add something to the development of such an important facility".

ICGCPentecostThe single will be available shortly via download from iTunes, Amazon and other popular mp3 sites, with all profits going to the Tree House Appeal.

ICGC will be performing the song as part of their 'Forever Praise' concert at the Ipswich Corn Exchange. Andy Rayner, ICGC Co-Director added: 'We hope the performance of the song will encourage people to support this very worth while Appeal'.

The concert will include contemporary and traditional gospel songs, a Dance Performance from a group of talented local dancers who have come together to showcase "Praise in Dance", and there'll also be a special guest appearance from London-based Gospel singer Ann-Marie Davis, who is currently taking the UK gospel scene by storm.

The evening promises to be energetic, inspiring and original - a 2010 Ip-Art event not to be missed
