v       “A time to die – who chooses?” – a seminar led by Jen Sheehan (recently retired as a local GP) and her husband Les (recently retired as a Geriatrician Consultant at Ipswich Hospital). The aim is to equip church leaders as they encourage their congregations to think through the issue of ‘assisted suicide’. This will be both biblical and address current public concerns. Thursday 6th May from 10am – 12.30pm.

v       Preaching seminars with Eddie Vass on Mondays 27th September, 4th, 11th and 18th October. These will be developing some of the skills involved in preaching and teaching the Bible in a variety of situations. The seminars will complement Eddie’s previous seminars early in 2009.

v       “Avoiding burnout in ministry”Trevor Waldock will be returning to Ipswich for one of his stiIPEC Logomulating and challenging ministry training days. Thursday November 11th 10am – 3pm.
