Young InfoLink is an online directory of services and activities for children, young people and families in Suffolk. We are recruiting volunteers to find out about services and activities not already published on Young InfoLink.
We are looking for keen volunteers:
 · Young people aged 14 to 19 (up to 24 for those with additional needs); and · Adults of any age (including parents, carers, and grandparents).
Each volunteer will collect information about what’s on offer in their local community or area of choice.
They will:
· research local notice boards and newspapers;
· speak to friends about the activities they do;
· visit and take part in activities; and
· get permission from organisers to add their activities to Young InfoLink.
It is very flexible and you can do it to suit the time you have available.
All training is free and we will pay your expenses.
All volunteers will have a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check, which we will arrange and pay for.
Volunteers also have the option to publish information to the web site and/or take photos of the activities. If you want to do this you will get InfoLink training, a digital camera on loan and digital photography training.
